Just refrigerate this before using and once it's opened you have 5 days to enjoy this totally scrumptious clotted cream on a scone, toast, or muffin. Definitely not fat-free, like butter, it's pure fat, nothing added. 6 ounce jar, imported from England. Please refrigerate after opening.
