Creamy texture, subtle Speyside scotch whisky bite at the finish. Made from unpasteurized organic cow's milk in the traditional cloth bound round then aged for 5-7 months, this hard cheese has a nutty, creamy taste with a moist texture. 8.8 oz. portion comes vacuum packed for freshness. Connage Highland Dairy is a relatively new organic dairy outside of Ardesier in Milton of Connage. Since the Clarke family founded this dairy in 1995, they have won awards for their Clava (the soft-ripened brie), the smoked dunlop and the classic dunlop. You taste the clean fresh air of the Highlands in their cheeses.
