I had to try Blackthorn after seeing the process on Escape to the Country and it wasn't just hype. I bought these two smaller quantity boxes to give as gifts to foody friends as gifts.

I typically use this as a finishing salt and you only need a little, to enhance the flavors in foods that might be a little "plain" like baked potatoes.
