Shipping Policy

SHIPPING CHARGES: All orders are shipped from our North Carolina warehouse.

NON-FOOD & NON-PERISHABLE SHIPPING: If you are ordering non-perishable products shipped within the 48 continental United States - you pay a flat rate of $12 for ground shipping up to $100 of merchandise. Delivery will be from 5 to 10 days from the time you place your order. Delivery will be by UPS Ground Delivery or UPS Sure Post depending on the weight and ship-to location.

PERISHABLE SHIPPING: Perishable foods are shipped on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday only via 2ND Day Air.

Shipping Policy: We ship via UPS within the 48 continental states. Our goal is to get your package delivered in the right time at the lowest possible cost to you.
We do use frequently UPS SURE POST (may be delivered by UPS or the US Post Office) for non-perishable orders to hold our shipping charges as low as possible for you. Transit time for these packages can be one day longer than usual UPS delivery times.

If you have a drop-dead date for a special party or event, please tell us in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR SELLER section of the order and we will work with you to achieve your goal date.
If you want us to ship your order in the future, please tell us in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR SELLER.

No PO Boxes for shipping in the 48 states, please.

Notice to California Residents - Due to Proposition 65, we are unable to ship any Dunoon Mugs, the Cats & Kilts mug or the Island Bakery Mug to California. Each of these mugs have decals inside the mug and this is expressly prohibited under Proposition 65.

ALASKA & HAWAII: All shipping to Alaska and Hawaii for nonperishables is via Priority Mail through the US Post Office. Higher charges will apply and you will be charged according to the USPS stated rates. We will use Flat Rate Priority Mail boxes as much as possible to keep shipping charges to Alaska & Hawaii as low as possible. We normally ship your order within one business day of your order. Shipping of perishables to Alaska & Hawaii is via UPS 2ND DAY AIR.

Orders placed after 2PM EST will generally be processed the following business day. During the holiday season it can take us several days to ship your order. Please check the banner above the shopping cart for current information on shipping delays.

Perishable foods are shipped on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday only. If you place your order for meat or fish on Wednesday evening, it will not ship until the following Monday. We do not ship perishable items on Thursday or Friday. If you require a Saturday delivery date, please call us at 877-814-3663. UPS does deliver on Saturday, but rates are higher, so please plan ahead!

APO BOXES: We are delighted to ship your gifts to those serving overseas with an APO address. Please select non-perishable items as we cannot ship perishable products through the postal system to an APO box.

AUSTRALIA: We can ship non-food items by mail to Australia. Cookbooks, paper goods, teatowels, cookie stamps and shortbread pans are all available to ship by first class mail in boxes under 4lbs. We will quote your postage exactly when you email us the items you want. Postage costs for a 3" cookie Stamp is $23.50 and for a shortbread pan the postage is $64.00.

CANADA: We are able to ship non-food items to Canadian addresses, please call to place your order as we do not currently allow Canadian addresses as shipping addresses on this website. Cookbooks, shortbread molds, teatowels and whisky glasses are all items we are happy to sell to Canadian customers. You must call or email to order! OUR CANADA WEBSITE IS COOMING SOON!

NEW ZEALAND: We can ship non-food items by mail to Australia. Cookbooks, paper goods, Christmas ornaments, teatowels, cookie stamps and shortbread pans are all available to ship by first class mail in boxes under 4lbs. We will quote your postage exactly when you email us the items you want. Postage costs for a 3" cookie stamp or items weighing up to 20 oz. $23.50 and for a shortbread pan the postage is $64.00.

UNITED KINGDOM: We can ship non-food items by mail to the UK. Cookbooks, cookie cutters, cookie stamps and shortbread pans are all available to ship by first class mail in boxes under 4lbs. We will quote your postage exactly when you email us the items you want. Postage costs for a 3" cookie Stamp or combination of items weighing up to 20 ounces $23.50 and for a shortbread pan the postage is $55.00.
