Island Bakery on the Isle of Mull has made these amazing ginger infused cookies. Definitely not for those who want to avoid ginger! Starting with a only slightly sweet crunchy ginger cookie made with organic ingredients, they dip the cookie in rich dark chocolate. This may be your new favorite. Ten cookies in each 8.8 oz. box. (This is a slightly new recipe, no longer with the candied ginger center.)

Excellent combination of ginger and chocolate. A good crunch with a zippy flavour. I could eat the whole box in one sitting but have a lot of self control, thankfully!

These cookies were very gingery, which was perfect! The chocolate was of very good quality as well. The cookies were crunchy, so they are probably good for dipping in one's tea - I am not a cookie dipper, but someone else could try.

Got hooked on these delicious cookies "biscuits" on our recent travels all around the Scotland mainland and islands including the Isle of Mull where the cookies are made. Great ginger flavor! Delighted to find them on Scottish Gourmet so I can have a constant supply. They arrived intact in a chilled container to keep the chocolate from melting.
