I love white pudding. The only kind I ever had was from McLeod's in Stornaway. This kind had more salt and less sage. McLeod's was better.
I have been searching for good Irish or Scottish puddings. Like Heaven on Earth ! So delicious! I made a great breakfast for my son and I. He was thrilled!

They are not like what my Mother and I used to make. Not real casings, no corn meal, no onions, no oat meal and no suite. Other than that they were not bad. I didn’t try the black one yet. They were a little sticky.
I enjoy these in my breakfast plate. This is my wife’s favourite sausage so it goes without saying they will always be in my order.
This is the good stuff! The only problem seems to be that my girlfriend keeps swiping pieces of it when I'm not looking! I guess I'll be ordering again soon...

While the write up shows exactly what I wanted the mixture is still a little too "meaty" and less Oat mealy like the traditional Scottish ones from Nova Scotia we used to get. Better recipe than all the others I can find so far other than Stewarts Scottish Market in NJ used to make!

An excellent accompaniment to any Full Scottish breakfast or with French fries, cut it into 'patties' sized to your choice and either bake or fry (even in your air fryer) very savoury and tasty just as I remembered it when in Edinburgh.
