Made in Devon, England (sorry, not Scotland) from pasteurized cow's milk. This is the real deal, clotted cream, nothing else. Just refrigerate this before using and once it's opened you have 5 days to enjoy this totally scrumptious clotted cream on a scone, toast, or muffin. Definitely not fat-free, like butter, it's pure fat, nothing added. 6 ounce jar, imported from England. Please refrigerate after opening.
