Leek & Potato Soup 2 oz dry mix

Mother Mae would have made this soup in the winter when meat and fresh vegetables are scarce, but hardy leeks would still be available and potatoes would be in the larder. This soup is flavored with a touch of curry powder, and is suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets. Makes four 8 oz. servings.

There was no flavor and the soup was too weak.I did follow the directions. Maybe more than one oxo cube would help

I LOVE this soup mix! I am so glad I bought two packages, because I will definitely be making this again. I did add some carrots, some more potatoes, and a bit more onion, but that's because I wanted a little more substance to the soup. Highly recommend!
