Cooking Instructions: Preheat Oven to 375 degrees, remove wrapper and tray, place uncooked bridie on a cookie sheet and cook in oven for 35-40 minutes if frozen, 15 to 20 minutes if thawed. Recommend cooking completely thawed. Internal temperature should be 165 degrees minimum to be fully cooked.
