Eight mild pork breakfast sausages with that distinctive flavor you simply cannot find here in the USA. Each pound has eight links to cook on the top of the stove and enjoy. These bangers are shipped frozen and are uncooked, so please cook thoroughly and within five days of thawing. With bread crumbs in the pork sausage we can't call them sausages legally, so that's why we label them bangers. The breadcrumbs are the critical element that makes these sausages taste like home. Never greasy, with a mild flavor and just a hint of pepper. None of that fennel, caraway, sage or other spices you find in sausages made in the USA, just a touch of mace.
