For best results, thaw pasty completely in the refrigerator before cooking. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and cook until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.  From thawed cook 15 to 20 minutes, from frozen cook 35 to 40 minutes.

I liked this pasty, just the right texture and mix of vegetables, but my wife cannot stand haggis in any form. Could you start parties with the usual filling?
