Makes wonderful cookies. Works best on a stiff dough- gingerbread or shortbread are what I used. Dust the cutters with flour between each cookie. Love this!!

Like its companion, the thistle, shortbread can easily get stuck in this cutter. But it’s too awesome to pass up, and those cookies that looked a little wonky still tasted great.
