John Ross has found a way to make their legendary smoked salmon even better. Hand selected salmon are lightly cured using a family recipe and then expertly cold smoked in the traditional style over smoldering whisky cask chips, and finally infused with Balvenie Single Malt Whisky. Thinly sliced in 7 oz. vacuum package and ready to enjoy. Market Pricing Subject to Change - Due to pandemic there are very few flights for perishable products from UK to USA, and United Airlines has raised our air freight from 2 British pounds per kilo to 9 British pounds per kilo. As a result we will be changing the price on all smoked fish with each delivery. We simply cannot continue to honor our pre-pandemic price. All our smoked salmon is cured, then smoked and shipped in an airtight pouch. It can be refrozen upon delivery without affecting flavor or texture as the fish is 'cooked' with a very low moisture content.

Smokey flavor is really tasty. Salmon is melt in your mouth. There's film between the layers made getting some out so much easier. This also made it not come out in a big chunk. I'm buying more of this.

This is hands down the best I and my parents have ever had. I hope you get more in soon. Nice blend of whiskey and smoke. It went really well with the Walker's mini oat crackers. The scottie shortbread was awesome too. I am going to have to try the puddings next.
