Cumberland Style Bangers

Six delicious pork and sage bangers with that distinctive flavor you simply cannot find here in the USA. Each pound has six fat links to cook on the top of the stove and enjoy. These bangers are shipped frozen and are uncooked, so please cook thoroughly and within five days of thawing. With bread crumbs in the pork sausage we can't call them sausages legally, so that's why we label them bangers. Even though the breadcrumbs are only a tiny fraction of the contents, they are the critical element that makes these sausages taste like home. Never greasy, with stronger flavor than our Scottish bangers and a dash of black pepper. None of that fennel, caraway seeds or other spices you find in sausages made in the USA.

Cook to internal temperature of 165 degrees.
