Ingredients: Ground Beef & Beef Fat, Onions, Beef Stock(Roasted Beef, Beet Juice, Salt, Sugar, Beef Flavor, Caramel Color, Corn Syrup Solids, Citric Acid, Natural Flavoring, Beet Powder, Disodium Inosinate, Disodium Guanylate), Spices, Salt, Pepper. Pastry is Enriched Bleached Flour (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic acid), Partially Hydrogenated Soybean and/or Palm Oil, Water, Monocalcium Phosphate, Artificial Flavor Colors Added(Annatto, Turmeric, Yellow 5 & 6, Red 40).

Cooking Instructions: Preheat Oven to 350 degrees, remove wrapper and tray, place uncooked bridies on a cookie sheet and cook in oven for 15-20 minutes if frozen, 10 to 15 minutes if thawed. Internal temperature should be 165 degrees minimum to be fully cooked.

When FedEx dropped them off, they were already thawed. I put them right in the refrigerator and ate them within 48 hours.

The bridies we ordered for Christmas dinner were wonderful, they really created a memory flashback for my folks, of summer Scottish Games from my childhood! The shipping could not have been easier they came well protected and cooled. I look forward to placing more orders in the future.
