Hand baked in Huntly using an original family recipe, Dean's shortbread is known for its light flaky and crumbly texture. We think this shortbread is more buttery than others, and a touch of corn starch gives it the flaky texture. Butter accounts for 31% of the ingredients, and we think you will taste the difference. 4.4 oz box holds seven thick and delicious shortbread rounds with plenty of chocolate chips in each.
