Ten cookies nested in their own wee boat for you to enjoy. Simply fabulous cookies - lemony, crunchy, smooth white chocolate - perfection. Baked for us on the Isle of Mull - all the same family as the lovely Isle of Mull Cheese we sell. Made with organic ingredients, mixed using electricity from water powered generators on the Tobermory River and baked in ovens fired by renewable timber from the island itself - but all the rain means the wheat flour is not grown on the island! You will enjoy the packaging as well, from the cow rowing a boat with a bushel of lemon to the bearded fisherman holding a lobster net. 4.6 oz. box holds ten cookies.

The Island Bakery was founded by Joe Reade and his wife Dawn on the Isle of Mull in 1994 in a converted garage. In 2012 they moved into a custom built bakery powered by wind and water power for electricity and everything they make is baked in wood fired ovens. Sustainable operations and using organic ingredients are core values to preserve the delicate island ecosystem on the Isle of Mull while making their amazing biscuits and cookies.
