The taste of the holiday season, baked into four delightful tarts, with cranberry and clementine flavors, along with the classic combination of dried fruits and citrus peel. These are delicious cold, but heating them in your oven elevates the whole experience. If you really want to gild the lily, serve with a dollop of whipped cream. Baked in Scotland.
