I was disappointed by these cookies, sad!

I was really disappointed by these cookies, and told my husband to finish the other 2 boxes. I bought 3 boxes, all excited to try something from the Hebridean Baker. I have not tried anything from this company, and it all sounds so delicious. But I found these cookies to be very dry and unappealing. Maybe just an odd combination of spices and oats, but now I am a bit reluctant to try any of the other products from Hebridean Baker...
