I love this honey! It was delivered during a rare hard freeze in St Gabriel so was not liquid. It’s grainy and hard but that’s not your fault. I just have to make it liquid to use it. Still tastes great.

I had read about Struan Apiaries heather honey before visiting Edinburgh. It was on my must try list. I am now addicted and it's the only honey I want. This is truly the best honey I've ever tasted. It is so much better than the over-processed American honey. The thick, spreadable consistency is fantastic and I love that it's sweet without being toothache sweet. Thank goodness for the larger sized jars. I just re-ordered and bought two this time. Please never stop selling this honey!
