It is also very tasty as a dip. Just spread it on a slice of fresh bread or toast and you have an excellent snack to go with lunch or with an early evening aperitif. The taste of the sauce is quite intense so a little goes a long way - no need to ladle it on ! In summer I look forward to putting it on cold salmon.
