Never tried or event knew about clotted cream. Thought I'd try the clotted cream shortbread, and I loved it !!

These cookies are a special treat to me. They're crunchy & buttery. I like a dollop of the orange marmalade jam on them, yum! My last tin came with most of the cookies broken, UPS sure throws things around sometimes. I contacted Scottish Gourmet & they sent me a replacement straight way! Great customer service! The second tin made it through with each cookie perfect!
