Organically grown oat flakes ready to cook as cereal or bake in biscuits, cakes and breads. A gourmet oatmeal if there ever was one! Precooked and rolled so you can cook in minutes. Naturally wheat-free, low in salt and sugar while high in fiber. Boil these oats in water or milk for traditional porridge in 5 minutes. May contain nut traces. Each bag holds 17.6 oz. of delicious creamy oats.

Sorry ,even though it was some what creamy, I found no better than local name brand oats, miss my hamlyms, please notify me if you can find away to bring it back, this oats does not compare in flavor and texture.

I used the oats for inclusion in my Burns Night Supper dessert, Cranachan. They seem to be great. What I'm really impressed with is the price, whichi compares very well indeed with "ordinary" American oats.
