Excellent taste! Arrived fresh with ice packs, and in good condition. Perfect size for about 5-6 servings. We sautéed it in a griddle, using olive oil, and served it as part of a full English breakfast.

Oh my…this stuff is delicious! It’s like a very thin pork chop but it doesn’t taste like regular bacon or ham. It has its own uniques flavor. I am so in love with this stuff. Wish I could find it at regular stores here in Arizona. I’m savoring and being stingy with what I have!
