When it comes to banger sausages, it is one of those I gotta try, and so I did what a different taste it has unique to Scottish culture, but I will get use to them too.

With only one exception, Scottish Gourmet's are the only bangers that taste like the ones we've had in our trips to Scotland - and better than some. The important thing is that they taste like bangers, right down to the bread crumbs in the recipe. The exception is a vendor who worked most west coast Scottish gatherings and games but retired a few years back, and served bangers in a Scottish Breakfast and a banger and onion piece at lunchtime. He probably got his bangers from Scottish Gourmet.
