I used Slow Roasted Chicken with Herb Butter recipe with the Scottish Herbs on top. The best roast chicken we’ve ever had, hands down! The herbs didn’t have a long shelf life but that’s ok, will freeze them.

Really excellent flavor. One caution: there are dark round balls the size of a small marble in the jar. Do not eat them. They are just for flavor. These were new to me in this seasoning mix.
