We are pleased to offer our Thistle Tea in tea bags. Each box has 25 individually wrapped tea bags, preserving the flavor at its best until you are ready to brew a fresh cup. Edinburgh Tea & Coffee makes this special thistle blend with Ceylon and African teas. Flavorful, mild and definitely not caffeine free!

Edinburgh Tea and Coffee Company was formed as a management buy-out in 1991. Since then, Edinburgh Tea and Coffee has progressed from a small local roaster to a modern coffee company having moved into new larger premises which were fitted out to a tailor made specification. Their new facility includes a purpose built tasting and training facility where their expert taster is delighted to taste our coffees and teas with our customers. We have been getting the Thistle tea for a year and with my recent purchase we noticed the change in packaging. There seems to be less tea per bag (used to be able to brew a small pot with one bag, now it takes 2) and the flavor and aroma of thistles is not as strong.

We held a fundraiser tea this flavour of tea was very popular. People have asked me for your website to order these for themselves. The tea has a earthiness that was quite unusual. Loved it. We bought 2 boxes and I think we only have about 2 bags left. Plus, the shipping was amazing. The staff at Scottish Gourmet are the best. The package was on my doorstep it seemed like the next day.
