Lightly cured using a family recipe and then expertly cold smoked in the traditional style over smoldering whisky cask chips, this is the only Scottish smoked salmon to carry a Royal Warrant from Queen Elizabeth. Thinly sliced in 7 oz. vacuum package and ready to enjoy. Market Pricing Subject to Change - Due to pandemic there are very few flights for perishable products from UK to USA, and United Airlines has raised our air freight from 2 British pounds per kilo to 9 British pounds per kilo. As a result we will be changing the price on all smoked fish with each delivery. We simply cannot continue to honor our pre-pandemic price. All our smoked salmon is cured, then smoked and shipped in an airtight pouch. It can be refrozen upon delivery without affecting flavor or texture as the fish is 'cooked' with a very low moisture content.

This high-quality smoked salmon arrived quickly and ready to serve. This was my first experience eating smoked salmon and I am very impressed. Perfectly smoky, it paired well with crackers and cheese on my charcuterie board, with my eggs the next morning, and with bagels and cream cheese. A real winner! If you love salmon and ever had it right from a smokehouse (I did! Perk for being born outside of U.S) you will recognize this flavor immediately!

The cut is perfection, silkiness of the meat together with the slightly more sturdy texture (so it also does not fall apart while being handled) makes this a wonderful product for luxurious entertainment or everyday! Shipped in an enormous amount of ice packs even in the fall tells me the product is more important than slightly more shipping care. Don't see any reason to buy from anywhere else anymore!

What a treat! We love salmon, but most domestic vendors in the US over 'think' the entire seasoning and smoking process. This packet holds a treat you will love! Just a perfect amount of everything and it melts in your mouth. We got two packets. One is gone :) Planing our next evening with the 2nd packet and chilling some good wine for it already!

Nice flavor and smooth feel. Not too salty. Not the absolute best I have ever had but far better than many I have tried. The packaging is nice for preserving it during shiping and storage. Packed very well for shipping.
