Celebrate Christmas with this traditional Scottish dessert - this moist cake is loaded with fruit then topped with apricot preserves, a thick layer of creamy almond marzipan and finally topped with a sugary icing. A small slice will satisfy the most demanding sweet tooth! Baked for us by Walkers of Aberlour - and Jim Walker himself suggested we offer it this Christmas. 17.6 oz. slab cake for you to slice and serve.
