Enjoy the subtle flavor and bite of Benromach Scotch Whisky in this aged traditional Dunlop cheese. The whisky is added when making the cheese, ages with the cheese for 5-7 months until you enjoy it. Creamy texture, subtle Speyside scotch whisky bite at the finish. Made from unpasteurized organic cow's milk in the traditional cloth bound round then aged for 5-7 months, this hard cheese has a nutty, creamy taste with a moist texture. 8.8 oz. portion comes vacuum packed for freshness. From Connage Highland Dairy, our favorite Highland maker of fine cheeses. This is a perishable food. All orders with perishable foods will include a single flat rate shipping fee of $5 in addition to the normal shipping charges.

Since the Clarke family founded this dairy in 1995, they have won awards for their Clava (the soft-ripened brie), the smoked dunlop and the classic dunlop. You taste the clean fresh air of the Highlands in their cheeses.
