Inspired by the rugged taste of Scotland's noble whisky traditions, these alcohol-free beverages draw on some of the same key ingredients, most notably the bracing spring waters from the Cairngorms. Hints of malted-grain, smoke and caramel flavors can all be detected, along with notes of dried fruit. A complex beverage with all the subtlety of a great scotch but with no alcohol. An excellent bottle to have on hand for Burns Night gatherings or for any cocktail event.
Mix it for a mocktail, or add a splash of club soda for a not-scotch and soda!
