These sea salt flakes are naturally crafted on the west coast of Scotland using a traditional, sustainable process at Thorn Tower which is packed with Blackthorn branches. The sea water is filtered down the tower and evaporated by the natural winds of the west coast to produce this excellent finishing salt sure to enhance the flavors of all foods.
