Lightly cured using a family recipe and then expertly cold smoked in the traditional style over smoldering whisky cask chips, this is the only Scottish smoked salmon to carry a Royal Warrant from the Royal Family. Thinly sliced half side in vacuum package weighs 17.6 ounces. Ready to enjoy. All our smoked salmon is cured, then smoked and shipped in an airtight pouch. It can be refrozen upon delivery without affecting flavor or texture as the fish is 'cooked' with a very low moisture content.
